In conjunction with Australian Regional Insights, a market research surveying organisation, Episode 3 are proud to announce the establishment of a quarterly Wagyu price survey for Australian Wagyu cattle producers. Price data information supplied will be aggregated and averaged to provide indicators of Wagyu pricing as outlined below from the Q2, 2025 survey report released in August.
