Live Sheep Export Phaseout Survey

This supply chain participant survey is the beginning of a process of consultation between Episode 3 Pty Ltd and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) as part of a report submission titled “Phasing Out Live Sheep Exports from Australia with Minimal Impact to Farmers and Supply Chain Participants”.

The purpose of this survey is to gather information from supply chain participants who may be impacted by a live sheep export phase out.
If you are part of the sheep industry, particularly in Western Australia, please take a few minutes to complete this short survey. It is relevant to:
  • Sheep Producers
  • Sheep Farm Labourers
  • Shearers
  • Sheep Farm Contractors
  • Livestock Transport Operators
  • Agency Services (such as Wool Brokers, Livestock Agents, Rural Real Estate Agents, Sheep Buyer Agents)
  • Sheep & Lamb Abattoirs
  • Lamb Feedlots
  • Live Sheep Exporters
  • Fodder & Bedding Growers
  • Fodder Manufacturers/ Pellet Suppliers
  • Stock Handlers
  • Veterinarians
  • Other participants involved in the live sheep export supply chain
